The first goal I have is to learn more about marketing strategies, I plan to do this by Investigating what marketing methods are being used in the industry and creating an overview by the end of the year containing all the methods that I've found.

The second goal I have is to have a backstage look / to work at 5+ events this year. I want to see how these events operate and learn about what they have in common and how they are different from each other.

My third goal is to work on my network this year, as this will be important for my future in the industry. By the end of the year I want to add at 30 people who are working in the industry to my network and obtain their contact details.

For my fourth goal I want to improve my professional communication skills. I will be doing this by acting as a bookings manager for Noise of Aggression and by handling all the communications for Full Velocity Event. Although it is hard to measure a goal like this, it will be possible to ask the people I am in contact with how they've experienced the contact with me and to ask them what I could improve on.

My fifth goal is to Obtain all my missing EC's from the first year, I've failed some classes which results in me having to do resits this year. I have to study the theories from the first year again to pass these resits. By the end of the year I want to have obtained all the EC's

I want to learn more about what makes for a good concept this year, I also want to know what theories can help with this and create a report about this.

As my seventh goal I want to host my own event this year, this will be the third edition of my event 'Full Velocity'. I aim to provide a meaningful event and create a memorable experience for all guest.

I want to learn more about what Impact an event or an artist can make, I want to do this by watching at least two documentairies and writing a report about it.

For my ninth goal I want to improve my career as DJ/Producer, I aim to achieve this by releasing more music and by playing at more gigs. It is my goal to publish 2 new songs and play at 2 events before the end of the school year.

As my tenth and final goal, I want to improve my social media presence for both my artist and event account this year. I want to get more followers and upload more content and by doing so grow my followers.
